Have a new referral?
If you have a new referral letter, please email it to referral@aes.care.
Your referrer should have provided you a clear copy of the referral letter or a digital file (PDF). If you do not have a digital file sent via email, we accept a clear high quality photo of the whole referral. (We will reply if we are unable to read the letter)
Referrals should be from an Optometrist or a General Practitioner, family doctor, and these are valid for 12 months.
Once you have emailed that referral to us, it will be triaged by our doctors. They look at the referral and inform us of the urgency and which doctor it is best suited for.
Without a referral, you cannot claim a rebate from Medicare or for any procedures from your private health insurance.
You will be required to pay in full on the day for any costs associated with your appointment.
If you are having difficulty sending the referral, please call your referrer and ask them to either email or fax it to us.
